Session 80/20: Enhancing The Mind and Body of Athletes
December 11, 2021
The purpose of this event end to introduce to the community and world why Purpose To Be Heard was established. Our annual event aims to educate athletes on the importance of taking care of their mental health. The goal is to promote and motivate them to train their mind as much as they train their bodies. Our guests should leave the event feeling empowered, uplifted, and understand the true meaning behind the "80/20 Rule: Sports Is 80% mental and 20% physical" and apply it to their everyday life.

Latrice Lewis
